~Vizards~
The Vizards are the antithesis to the Arrancar as Shinigami who have obtained Hollow powers.They have transcended the barriers separating hollow and shinigami by conquering their inner hollow,personification of their darker self...all their dark thoughts,wishes and desires.When they are not using their powers Vizards appear entirely human and are indistinguishable from ordinary shinigami.By summoning forth their hollow masks Vizards gain access to some of more generic Hollow abilities and augment their Shinigami abilities.Their spiritual pressure likewise changes into a mix of Hollow and Shinigami. This process of donning one's Hollow mask is referred to as Hollowfication.
~Inner Darkness~A shinigami's inner hollow can manifest for variety of reasons: overexposure to hollow energy,experiments done by Science Group,a badly performed konso that did not purify all hollow energy,induced chemically or a number of other causes.
The inner hollow usually,but not always,has appearance similar to the shinigami but wearing white and looking ghostly pale.One feature that defines all inner hollows in the eye coloration:sclera is black and irises are vividly colored.Inner hollows show deep and intimate knowledge of the shinigami's zanpakuto and wield a copy of it,that may have inverse coloration.Inner Hollows embody darkest and deepest primal urges and desires but this doesn't make them simple beasts for they can be scheming and tricky.
~Vizard History~Vizards are scattered across other organizations,like Gotei 13.There exists however an organization only for Vizards where they can find acceptance,understanding and support.The Vizard Corp.
~Vizards Abilities~Vizards can pull on their Hollow mask in different and unique ways,such as ripping it on,sliding with both hands or mustering it on with a thought.Most Vizards will remove their masks to buy time for re-usage.
Hollow Mask: The Vizards remain in complete control while wearing their masks and use their Hollow powers to augment their existing Shinigami abilities, granting them massive increases in speed, stamina, and strength.The only side effect in donning their Hollow masks is the specific time limit, which varies from user to user. Fortunately, there is a remedy to this problem: Training.Every time their masks are used, the Vizard's voices echo as a consequence of both their normal voice and their inner Hollow's voice speaking simultaneously.
Enhanced Speed: Vizards gain a great boost in their speed while Hollowfied.
Enhanced Strength: Vizards a strength boost while using their masks.
Cero and Bala: Vizards gain access to certain Hollow abilities, such as the Cero blast and Bala.
Power Augmentation: With the acquisition of the mask through the subjugation of one's inner Hollow, Vizards gain access to an additional and separate source of power - aside from the Shinigami powers they already possess - Hollow powers. The accumulation of both powers greatly augments their powers beyond what a Shinigami and/or Hollow alone would be capable of.
Mask Protection: While wearing their mask Vizards gain state of toughened skin,similar to Arrancar's hierro.
Reiryoku Enhancement: Vizards have dual spiritual power of both Shinigami and Hollow, which enhances their abilities.
Telekinesis: Vizards can telekinetic-ally recall their zanpakuto if dropped.
The Vizard's Zanpakutō function in the same manner as those of standard Shinigami and their mask can be donned during shikai or bankai.However there is a risk that comes with donning the hollow mask,possibility of losing control to the inner hollow if mask is worn too long or if significant emotional trauma is sustained.
~Things to know~Vizards can call their mask starting level 25.They gain three additional technique slots.

None: You cannot use Kido.
Novice:You can use 1 – 30 with the incantation.
Beginner:You can use 1 – 30 without the incantation.
Basic:You can use 1 – 30 without the incantation and 31 – 60 with the incantation.
Intermediate: You can use 1-60 without incantation and 61-81 with incantation.
Advanced: You can use 61 – 99 with the incantation and 1-60 without incantation.
Master: You can use 1 – 99 without the incantation.
-Zanpakuto Resonance (How good is the connection between your character and their zanpakuto spirit.This reflects power of zanpakuto abilities,including shikai and bankai,and ease of their use.)
-Hakuda. (Hand to hand combat.)
-Reiatsu detection. (How good is your character at picking up and detecting reiatsu of others.This also shows how well they can hide their own presence.)
-Hoho. (How good is your character with speed techniques,such as Shunpo.)
Novice:You have learned to use Shunpo.
Beginner:You can use Shunpo for longer jumps.
Basic: When using Shunpo you move fast enough to leave up to one afterimage clones behind
Intermediate:When using Shunpo you move fast enough to leave up to two afterimage clones behind
Advanced:When using Shunpo you move fast enough to leave up to three afterimage clones behind.
Master: When using Shunpo you move fast enough to leave up to five afterimage clones behind.
-Mask (How long you can sustain your mask.)
Novice: Two posts or five minutes.
Beginner: Four posts or fifteen minutes.
Basic: Five posts or thirty minutes.
Intermediate: Seven posts or one hour.
Advanced: Ten posts or two hours.
Master: Until dismissed or until Endurance runs out.

~Vizard Skills Cost~Shunpo - Costs 1 endurance per use.
Kido - All spells up to your reiryoku level will cost 5 endurance per spell.Above it will cost 10.
Cero - 5 endurance points per use.
Bala - 1 endurance point per use.
Mask- it takes 10 endurance points to summon mask and five endurance points each post to keep it.
