~Gang Wars in West Rukongai.~

Shiro follows after loki, "careful.... we don't know if somethings in there.... and not to mention we have THAT guy with us." he's referring to Kage.

"Right." Heading up the stairs after them she keeps one hand on her zanpakuto's hilt,ready in case they are about to be jumped.One step,two more and she reaches the end of the stairs,stepping into a room of impressive size.It's mostly empty,with bare wooden walls and floor,reminding strongly of a dojo training area. Sweeping her gaze across the room in search of the door and their route to the stairs she's unable to see one,turning back towards the stairs and calling out to Kage,feeling of unease growing."Hey!It's just an empty,dead end room!Where's the rest of this shortcut?"

~NPC~Kage~
Coming up the stairs Kage stops at the last two steps without stepping into the room itself.Calmly he gestures at the left wall."It is a secret shortcut,as I've said.Therefore it is of course hidden.Count out the 17th's plank from the left then press it.That will open the secret door.All you will need do after that is climb staircase to the top floor."

Looking around the room Loki walks up to the indicated wall.Counting down to 17th's plank he looks at everyone."Ok guys,I'm pressing it." With a push he presses down on the plank.

~NPC~Kage~
The moment Loki presses the plank a deep rumble sounds in the room.With a loud clang iron bars drop down over the only exit out of the room,trapping everyone inside.Except Kage,who remained on the staircase without stepping in.With sound of some secret mechanism working the wooden walls slide down,revealing walls made out of white stone hidden underneath.The shinigami would quickly notice their reiatsu completely disappearing.Kage chuckles,"Too easy."

"Oh crap.." Feeling his reiatsu flicker out Loki stares at the white stoned walls,quickly putting two and two together."Sekkiseki rock...double crap." Inching back to stand near everyone he removes Raijin from hiding,at the ready for attack."Now what..."

scratching his head in dissapointment..

"So this kind of things happen huh?"

wondering..

"What do they want??"

just before the bars sealed the only entrance to the room, shiro back stepped out of the room. looking shocked as to what just happened he turns to Kage and snaps at him, "Damnit! You lied to us!"

OCC: Shiro was near the entrance to the room..... soo.... yeah....

~NPC~Kage~
"Did I?" Completely calm Kage shrugs carelessly,"I work for the one paying the most. This time that happens to be the Alliance." Looking at Shiro intently he speaks slowly,as if trying to say something more,"I am to kill you as well,for avoiding the room.But I think it will be more fitting to leave you here,watching your friends die,knowing you can do nothing to help them." There's a sudden small explosion of smoke,enveloping him.It fades away,revealing Kage gone without a trace.There's a loud clang and the walls of the room begin moving,the space in the room slowly shrinking.

"NOOOOO!!!! DAMN IT!!!" Shiro's eyes become terror stricken, his mind racing about what to do. "DAMN IT!!!" the only thing he can think of is activating his shikai. "Damnit.... you can't die... I WON'T LET YOU!!!! FENIKKUSU!!!!" his zanpakuto activates turning into the long black blade of it's former self, the two black and blue fire balls swirling around it's mid and tip. (in thought: ' I don't care if I use all of my power.... I WILL bash threw those bars.... I WILL!!' a firy aura burns in shiro's eyes, tinting them a deep red color. " may the searing fires of hell burn through my blade.... GAOKA!!!! (lit. hellfire) Bringing his sword down in an ark, a star pattern appears above and beneath the bars, a pillar of white swirling flames engulfing them.

Looking around calmly she places one hand on the moving wall.Jumping slightly at Shiro's outburst Altria backs away from the bars as they are engulfed in flames. Burning brightly for a few moments the flames extinguish,the bars still standing. Coming closer she looks at Shiro calmly,"Shiri..calm down.No one is dying here. We need to think this through.The bars are obviously made of Seki Seki,just like the walls.Spiritual attacks will not work.But..there must be a weak spot somewhere.."

almost out of breath from using Gaoka, he looks up at Altria, calming slightly. " tch.... weak point.... something... huh?" his gaze turns to the ceiling, inspiration flashing across his eyes. "the ceiling! Altria! Duck!" backing up he swings his sword sending the two fireballs towards the ceiling. "Quick beat!!! Hanshou!!!!" the fire orbs turn into flaming snakes and burn through the ceiling creating a giant hole. "Up there! get out through there!!! hurry!"

Ducking down when Shiro says duck she feels the heat of the fire orbs passing over her head.Glancing at the slowly enclosing walls and the new escape route in the ceiling still trailing smoke she hesitates for a moment near the bars,ill at ease.Reaching through them with one arm her fingers lightly brush over his cheek,"Be right behind us Shiri,ok?I don't want us to get separated here." Gazing at him intently with troubled eyes she pulls away,swiftly turning around. "Loki,Shin,come on." Stopping right below the hole in the ceiling she bends her knees a little in preparation,tension gathering in her muscles,jumping upwards. The distance to the ceiling is pretty high but she manages to grab on to the edge of the burned hole.Swinging once she pushes away from the ceiling,pulling herself up.Immediately drawing her zanpakuto Altria surveys the room,it appears large and mostly empty.Keeping a wary eye on the only doorway she kneels near the hole,extending her arm,"Come guys,grab on.Before the walls close in.It wont take them long to figure out what happened either,I bet we're about to get company here."

Without need to be told twice Loki replaces Raijin on his back to free his hands.With the walls apart now only five feet he pushes away from one then the other,climbing up high enough to grab onto Altria's hand and pull himself up into the new room."Thanks Altria-chan." Locating the only door in the room he runs up to it,offering a quick thank you seeing it has a lock.Turning it shut he pushes the only dresser in the room up to the door with small effort,barricading it shut."That should hold for a few,allowing us more time."

The walls continue inching together,less then four feet of space left.Meanwhile, in the room above,loud voices can be heard from the hallway along with sound of many feet running.Someone shouts,"Over here,it's this room." The handle rattles as someone tries to open the door only to find it locked.A stream of curses follows with loud banging on the door."Little buggers barricaded themselves!" There's muffled sound of conversation followed by retreating footsteps.After a minute of silence something heavy slams into the door,rattling the whole room.A rough voice growls,"You stinking shinigami are dead meat!" Another loud slam and another,the door begins to creak ominously,the dresser jumping at each slam.

"Crap..we're trapped!" Backing up to Altria he turns this way and that way looking for another way out. Finding none his eyes fixate on the door shaking with each slam."Can't we cast a kidou to keep them from getting in??Or something to protect us?How do we even get to the top floor from here?Unless we can just beam there it's gonna be hellowa walk through waves of the gangsters." Getting a bright idea abruptly Loki turns to Altria,looking at her zanpakutou."Hey! That's it! Your shikai..it has power to teleport! It can get us out of here and to the big monkey boss without having to go through all the pawn soldiers."

She shakes her head at Loki's suggestion,"Mugetsu can only move me to a point I can see.We'd have to open the door and know which way to go..although," thinking for a moment she mutters quietly,nodding,"That..would work.We can put a shield up and then blast the door open.Then I can use Mugetsu and get us out of here,we can find the way by tracking where in the building there's the concentration of spirit energy,this Boss character would be there..but we need to be all together first and I am not going ahead and leaving someone behind."

"Don't worry,leave that to me.I'll get these two,you just activate Shikai!" Rolling back his sleeves Loki summons his reiryoku,collecting it at his right hand." How did that Kidou go?..Dog something..Ah hah! Got it! Disintegrate, you black dog of Rondanini!! Look upon yourself with horror and then claw out your own throat! Bakudo #9 - Horin!" (Note:I know Geki is also #9 and has same words but this is what Horin is listed like in bleach wiki kidou list.) An orange hued tendril with spiraling yellow patterns erupts from his hand.Using it as a lasso he hooks it around Shin and pulls,yanking him out of the room below just us the walls slam together."That was close." Dismissing Bakudo he does a quick calculation in his head,measuring out steps from the hole in the floor."Fifteen,sixteen, seventeen.. here!" Stopping he draws Raijin and with a flash of steel cuts out a large square in the floor,stomping on it to make it fall out.Peering down he grins,his calculation correct.The square is right above Shiro."Yo man!Right here!Come on up,we're getting the hell outta here."

Nodding to Loki she steps back,twirling her zanpakuto by the chain.Reaching deep into the core of her power she pulls it to the surface,silver wrapping around her like a cloak.Eyes glowing silver she intones in a clear voice,"Fight to survive, destroy to protect,kill to live.Shout in defiance and show them hell,Tsukiyomi!" Keeping the transformation calm her sword changes with a bright flash of spirit energy,silver strands wrapping around her arms and shoulders.With the power rushing through her Altria breathes deeply,smiling at the feel of it.Pointing the blade at her feet she calls out,"Mugetsu!" At the word her legs glow with a purple light momentarily before it seems to sink in.Closing her eyes she concentrates on the energy signatures in the building,expending her senses outwards.Picking out a large concentration somewhere above them she mentally maps out a route they'll need to take.Nodding once she turns to others,"I'm ready.Guys,you'll all have to hold on as I use Mugetsu.Someone will need to blast the door open and maybe someone should also keep a shield around us.That way when we get there they can't do a surprise hit."

Shiro crawls up to where Loki, Shin and Altria are, but is exhausted. "damn it.... I need to pace myself. hoi...." he looks up and around wondering what the heck is going on. "um... did I miss something?... oh nevermind... you need someone to blast open a door? leave that to me."

being tangled by horin and yanked..

"LOOKKII-KKUUUNN!!" as shin screams in midair..

landed..
"Don't do that ever again but thanks anyway."

hearing altria's comment and shiro's idea...shin taps his clothes and draws his sword...

"Oh well, I'll take care of the shield.."

"Jinsoku - Kaze no Tsume - Kazamori"

it created a breeze surrounding the group shielding them.

"All set!!"

Quickly explaining to Shiro their plan to blast the doors open and then use her shikai ability "Mugetsu" to teleport from one spot to another heading towards the highest gathering of spirit energy in the building,two floors above them,since the Boss would be there she finishes with,"..and that way we'll avoid having to fight through hordes of goons.So when you are ready Shiro,blast the doors.But something without smoke please,I need to see the point I'm moving us too." Looking at the breeze shielding them with interest she smiles,"Thank you Shin-kun.This is perfect!" Shifting her legs further apart into a balanced,ready stance she faces the door.Lifting her blade to her chest,at the ready to deflect attacks she holds the other hand out,"Guys,don't forget.You have to maintain physical contact with me for Mugetsu to affect you as well.So hold on and let's get going.Shiro,if you would..the door."

"got it..." with a flick of his wrist he sends the blue fireball and the door blasting it open without creating any smoke, only a mass of blue embers shoot out along with many wooden splinters. "all clear... lets go!"

Putting his hand behind his head Loki laughs uneasily."Aha ha ha,sorry about that Shin-san." Noticing everyone is ready to head out he puts one hand on Altria's shoulder,keeping in mind her words about contact.Other hand goes to his zanpakutou,at the ready to draw it.

laughing back..

"It's okay It's okay..."

hearing altria's reminder and keeping it in mind, shin holds a grab on altria's arm.
