Investigation of the Structure.~Plot Mission 2.~

Uriko read the note over altria's shoulder, and then sits down beside her.
"................ why does he do this?.................... " uriko picks up the research papers, one in particular catches her eye. Her eyes widen with terror, the name at the top of the paper belonged to one of her long dead friends.
"n-no........ it...... it's...... not...... possible............!" uriko starts crying unable to accept the truth that her friend was part of a sick experiment.

shin saw uriko, he stops and think...

(in thought)
"This is too much"

shin then pass them off as he runs and shunpos going back to the ruins...

After quickly memorizing the words and tucking the note into a pocket she stands up.Picking up the insignia she also puts it into the pocket and then straps on Shiro's zanpakuto beside her own."Uriko,we can read the files and..feel..things..later.Right now,I'm going back and getting the big idiot out of there.With Okamaru's help,I'm going to tear that place to pieces so nothing remains,"her eyes glint with a cold light."Shin has already gone ahead,I'm going to use Mugetsu to get there faster." Unsheathing her zanpakuto and twirling it by the chain she whispers the words,"Fight to
survive,destroy to protect, kill to live.Shout in defiance and show them
hell,Tsukiyomi." She makes sure to keep her reiatsu in check as to not attract attention,her sword glows and slowly changes color to black. Pointing it at the ground she whispers,"Kiero (Disappear),Mugetsu." A purple glow envelopes her before fading."Uriko,here,hold on to my hand.I can only teleport to a point I see but it'll still be faster."

shin continues to goes on. shin as he hurries never notices that altria and uriko were catching up...

"Where's the place again..."

he continues to go as he's trying to remember which pathway they crossed earlier..

Catching up to Shin in a few moment she grasps his sleeve with her free hand."Hold on,almost there." Concentrating on the next point they teleport towards it,moving through Rukongai quickly and arriving at the base of the mountain after a few more jumps.Letting go of them both she moves towards the opening in the mountain wall.The room is unchanged,the stairs leading down still open."It will be most effective to summon him inside..",murmuring to herself she moved down the stairs quickly.

Uriko follows altria, then takes the lead. She pauses and hones in on Shiro's reiatsu.

"..... it's faint............... i can barely pick up on it........." looking around she turns to altria.

"It seems...... like something has numbed his reitsu's signature........." uriko continues down back to where shiro fell down the trap door, it's still open.

~in the laboratory~

Shiro is unconscious and paralyzed due to the powerful drug that was in the syringe. He is unaware that he was taken to yet another room. Strange machinery and scientific instruments completely fill the room. Shiro is barely aware of himself being placed on another table and bound.

sensing shiro's slowly disappearing reitsu signature, uriko transforms into her wolf form and jumps down the pit. she lands in the holding cell that she and shin originally were in. noticing the door is still open wide, uriko makes a excited yipping sound.

"Oneesan! it's still open! jump down!" uriko exits the holding cell and sits patiently for altria and shin to follow.

Jumping down into the open trap door she lands on the bed after a few moments of darkness.She moves out of the cell and nods to Uriko,"Lead the way.I'm to..unstable..right now to sense anything.."

shin followed through...

"I suggest we go some other path...if the enemy assumes that we might come back, then he would most likely assume too that we'll use the same path that we used before..."

"Good idea.That corridor splits up,we could take another rote,I'm sure they connect again at some point."

shin with some uncertainty..

"By the way, I never got a chance of seeing clearly the enemy earlier...what exactly is the enemy we're dealing right now? I'm kind of worried."

"There's some kind of big,blue robot thing with four arms and a shinigami scientist,"shivering slightly she places a hand on zanpakuto hilt,"That man..he gives me a very bad feeling..he had a zanpakuto too and likely knows kidou,so we have to be careful..let's just grab Shiro and get out,I'll use his sword to summon Okamaru on the way out so he destroys this place."

"so I was right that it might be done by a shinigami? but again what for?"

shin nods

"I agree...if anything happens that's not according to plan, I'll take care of it..."

"Alright."She nods in agreement."From what I managed to catch on those documents,there was research done here..something about hollowfication, whatever that word means..and a shard was mentioned,but a shard of what?When we get back we can study those documents closer.." She falls into silence,thinking over that mans words.'He definitely knew me..but why?I've never been here..right?'

A little ways down in the ruins a scream of agony echos through the halls, followed by something mechanical being slammed against a wall. (the robot) everything goes silent for a second, except for someone whispering. there's another cry of agony followed by a muted blazing reitsu signature which disappears as quickly as it appeared. the cries of agony continue for a few minutes then fall silent altogether.

(Shiro has slipped back into an unconscious state)

Hearing screams she flash steps down the corridors with speed enchanced by her still released shikai,hot fury tinting the edges of her vision red.Coming upon the door to the lab she blows it of its hinges with a well aimed kick.Inside the lab unconscious Shiro is strapped to the metallic table in the middle of the room,with the labcoat man leaning over him.The blue robot thing is standing near a newly made indentation in the wall,sporting a big dent in the middle and with one arm barely hanging by exposed red wires."Get the hell away from Shiro you freak!Hadou #1- Shou!" Getting the man pushed away and into the wall she flash steps to the table and quickly cuts off the bounds holding Shiro.
Quickly recovering he moves to block the door,smiling."Well,well,looks like you came back..how very nice.Now I don't have to go looking."
Glaring at him she carefully lifts Shiro up and using Mugetsu teleports to the door."Shin,can you please take Shiro and get out of here?You too Uriko..I have bussiness with this freak."

Shiro stirs slightly, opening his eyes half way they flick to altria. he murmurs quietly, then falls unconsious again. long slender cuts criss-cross his arms, as well as a long gash going from his right shoulder to his left side. (aparently the robot made the slash to test shiro's herrio.)

(Shiro's sword emits a low growling noise, and begins to vibrate on altria's side. The dragon's eyes on the sword's hilt begin to glow red.)

(note: okamaru is reacting to shiro's injured state, although he's sealed inside the sword he becomes very enraged when his master gets injured by something or someone.)

Uriko pads next to altria and winks.

(whispers so only altria can hear)
'i'll get him out of here. apparently the scanners can't read my reiatsu signature while i'm in my wolf form......... plus i flash step faster in this form....'

looks up at altria with a comforting stare. (well the best comforting look a wolf can give)

"Alright,please take care of him." Very carefully she puts Shiro on Uriko's back and leans down to quietly whisper,"Get out of here as fast as you can,as soon as I feel your reiatsu leave this place I'll summon Okamaru." Straightening she carefully runs a hand down the vibrating sword,"Please be patient a little more."

"Planning something hmm?But I'm afraid I can't let any of you leave this place." Smile growing he gestures with his hand, "Disintegrate, you black dog
of Rondanini!! Look upon yourself with horror and then claw out your own
throat!Bakudo #9-Geki."

Hearing the words of a familiar chant she quickly pushes Shin and Uriko out the door before slamming it shut and managing to lock it just as the red light engulfs her.

shin hurries along heard the smash and got worried..

"Altria-san!"

shin tried to be calmed about the situation...he raised his reiatsu so altria can be somehow aware of their location...

(in thought)
"By this she'll know if we got out of the cave or not, besides the main priority is to save shiro first..."

he then continues to find the way out of the ruins...

"Uriko-san...are we close to getting out of here..."

Finding herself unable to move she looks at the advancing man calmly."What do you want with me?"
"But my dear,don't you remember?" Moving her head from side to side with an effort she tries to keep him talking to buy time,"No,I've never been here and I've never seen your ugly face before." Adjusting his glasses he stops,now standing right in front of her.Doing a motion with his hand at the robot,it wheels over."Start voice recording.." There's an audible click as something is turned on."Subjects shows signs of partial memory loss,likely due to shock.."he continues on naming scientific terms she doesn't understand.'Good,keep talking you fool..as soon as others are out I'm breaking this spell and then tearing this place to pieces,you along with it.'

Uriko nudges shin to make him move faster.

'..... i sense the exit.......... This way! '

uriko races ahead to a flight of stairs, she races up them and waits at the top of the stairs for shin. the exit of the cave is a few feet ahead.

'Shin-san! we're almost there!'

Listening to the man prattle on she closes her eyes,checking the others position.'Good,they are almost out.' There's another clicking sound and something cold curls around her waist.Snapping her eyes open she sees one of the robots arms now holding her."Good,I thought you went to sleep,that would be most inconvenient." She glares at him,"As if."
